In the third quarter of 2025, the top five air travel apps in the Netherlands on the iOS platform showed varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

KLM - Book a flight experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 8.2K in mid-July and gradually decreasing to around 6.3K by the end of September. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users, starting at 95.3K and peaking at 117.7K in early August, before ending the quarter at 111.3K.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker saw a decline in weekly downloads from 8.4K in late July to about 4.4K by the end of the quarter. Weekly revenue followed a similar downward trend, starting at $14.4K and ending at approximately $8K. The app's weekly active users began at 193.2K, peaking at 208.3K in early August, and then settled at 161.8K.

Transavia maintained steady weekly downloads, starting at 7.2K in early July and ending slightly lower at 5.2K. The app's active user base grew from 56.3K to a significant 71.5K by the end of September.

Schiphol Amsterdam Airport experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 7.9K in late July and dropping to approximately 3.8K by the end of the quarter. Active users decreased from 80.4K to 66.9K over the same period.

Ryanair had a relatively stable performance in weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 5.7K in late July to 3.6K at the end of September. The app's active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 63.4K and ending the quarter at 57.4K.
